- If there are any ERRORS in your schedule (i.e. incorrect course, course you’ve already taken), please complete the form. Do NOT email your counselor. Counselors will be working off of the form responses on a first-come, first-served basis and will not act upon any scheduling inquiry emailed directly to them.
- If you submit a form, please check your email regularly for a response, as additional information may be needed from you in order to process changes.
